SHIPPING & HANDLING

Processing orders can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks - once processed, all orders will be shipped as overnight priority, signature required. Customers will receive a confirmation of order and tracking number. Special orders may take up to 8 weeks to ship. All packages are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once a package is delivered and signed for, Eli Halili assumes no responsibility. Our exquisite collection is handmade and each piece is subject to intense inspection and quality control. Items are packed and shipped with the highest care to ensure its safe delivery. If you believe you have received an item that was damaged in transit, please contact info@EliHalili.com within 24 hours of delivery.

CUSTOMS AND INTERNATIONAL DUTY CHARGES 

Products shipped outside of the USA sometimes incur additional charges outside of our control. Therefore the recipient of the items is responsible for all customs taxes and import duties required for the import and export of goods. Any additional taxes, fees or other charges required to clear the parcel through customs will also be paid in full by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. As a result we will be unable to advise or provide any assistance on these processes. For further information we recommend that you contact your local customs office.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Items ordered on-line can be exchanged within 5 business days of delivery for a merchandise credit only . To initiate an exchange please contact info@EliHalili.com to receive further instructions. All exchanges are subject to inspection and quality control before the merchandise credit is issued. If products are deemed damaged, worn or compromised Eli Halili will refuse the exchange and the item will be shipped back to the customer. Any item that undergoes customization or alteration is a final sale.
